Thanks to our amazing customer, the Chiangmai restaurant (Check them out) (based in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside) for visiting us in their new Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Diesel Hatch 2.0 eD4 SE Tech 5dr 2WD Manual which they recently received on one our contract hire and leasing deals. It’s truly amazing to work alongside similar local Manchester and Cheshire businesses like our own. The Chaingmai produces amazing Thai food and we wish them all the luck as they expand into Stockton Heath, in Warrington, this month! They have a brilliant team there and we are sure they will be a success.
The Range Rover Evoque (browse all deals) has consistently proved to be one of the UK’s most sought-after small luxury SUV models and still continues to be one our most popular lease deals. Appealing to both younger and older drivers, the Evoque is available in both 2WD and 4WD, manual and auto plus it offers a varying degree of specification levels including the SE, the SE Tech, the HSE, The HSE Dynamic and the epitome of luxury, the Autobiography.
So what makes the Evoque so popular? Personally, we think that the Land Rover Range Rover brand has continued to grow over the last 5 years to be an aspirational product; the Evoque itself is a “feeder” into the Discovery Sport and full size Vogue. Add to that the volume of celebrities/wealthy persons who utilise the brand (including our Royalty) and you have a product which fits a huge demographic. The smaller SUV market, with the Audi Q3, the BMW X1 and the Mercedes GLA, offers a practical solution to so many drivers.
For the older driver this offers a higher, and more comfortable, seating position with a lot of the creature comforts. The Evoque shown here comes with heated front/rear windscreen, hill start assist, roll stability assist, cruise control, parking distance sensors, DAB radio, grained leather, lane departure warning, heated front seats, 12-way adjustable seats, navigation and 18” alloys. For the younger person, the classy Range Rover styling seems to tick all the boxes.
In terms of the car shown here, the customer went for:
· Fuji White Solid Paint;
· Perforated grained leather – Lunar/ivory
· Colourway – Lunar/Ivory
· Satin Brushed Aluminium trim finisher
· Ivory Headlining
· Panoramic glass sunroof/electric blind – additional option
· Privacy glass – additional option
· Heated steering wheel – additional option
· Contrast colour paint roof with matching spoiler – Santorini black – additional option
So what do you think – is the Evouqe the leading car in the class?
