Thank you to our local BMW dealership, Haliwell Jones in Warrington for sending the beautiful BMW 3 Series pictured here as a courtesy car while one of our fleet, the BMW 4 Series, was receiving a service.
As a credit broker (not a lender) we sit in-between the dealership and the finance company which has been selected for the specific vehicle.
What this means to the customer is that we will select a finance company based on a number of criteria which are acceptable to them and then, after credit approval, order a vehicle on their behalf with a specific dealership.
In contrast to how some people view the contract hire industry, we actually work very closely with our dealership partners to ensure that the customer receives the best experience.
In some cases the customer may elect to go directly to a dealership, rather than a credit broker, which is absolutely fine. However, many modern customers do like to have the ability to receive quotations on a variety of vehicles, as brand-loyalty in the car industry is no longer a credible facet.
Therefore, as a credit broker with no exclusive manufacturer relationship, we can offer a more flexible arrangement to the customer accompanied by a competitive price.
