Audi have now released details and pictures of the new Audi A3 cabriolet. Sharing the sharp attractive qualities of the other Audi A3 models, the new cabriolet is envisaged to be a big success for Audi. Unlike its predecessors, this A3 will share the same size and design of the other A3 models (which have been incredibly popular for Audi). This means the new A3 will be longer and wider than the previous cabriolet, with a further 60 litres of boot capacity.
The new A3 will be publicly unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show with pricing and ordering due to commence circa November 2013. That being said, don’t expect to see this car this year, with market introduction planned for March 2014, in time for Spring (and hopefully some nice weather!).
Audi were always going to release the cabriolet, even though no comments or press released were made up until this week. The A3 hatchback and sportback have already been incredibly popular, in particular the 1.6 TDI Sport and S-line models have been snapped up by business car leasing users looking to benefit from the 99g/km emission levels from the engine. Should the cabriolet mirror this, CarLease UK can imagine this will present a credible alternative to the BMW 1 Series convertible or even the Mercedes C-Class Coupe.
We will keep you posted on the CarLease UK car leasing offer page when you can order it!
