Thank you to our local Jaguar supplier, Williams Manchester, for organising this demonstrator for one of our existing personal lease customers – the Jaguar E Pace.
The Jaguar brand has enjoyed some significant resurgence in popularity and interest over the last 5 years as it has progressed from an “old fashioned car” to something which is chic and nouveau.
In the executive-class, the XE and XF offer some fantastic alternatives to the usual Audi A4 and/or A6, Mercedes C-Class and BMW 3 series and/or 5 Series plus the F-Pace has become one of the foremost luxury SUVs on the market.
However, in an effort to produce more volume, Jaguar had to introduce a more marketable, and affordable, solution which would appeal to a wider audience. The E-Pace has very much fit this mould.
In terms of the car shown here, the Jaguar E-PACE DIESEL ESTATE 2.0d S 5dr Auto, this is based on the following configuration:
· Metallic – Santorini black
. Grained leather – Light oyster/Lunar
· Chrome side power vents
· 18″ 9 spoke alloy wheels – Style 9008
· Privacy glass
As standard, the car includes 10-way electric front seats, LED headlights, cruise control, rear view camera, 18” alloys, electric folding and heated door mirrors, leather upholstery, heated washer jets, rain sensing wipers, all surface progress control, emergency brake assist, hill start assist, traffic sign recognition, lane keep assist, push button starter, InControl pro navigation, tailgate spoiler, approach illumination, climate control, intrusion sensor and alarm, smartphone pack, parking pack, connect pro pack and interior LED lights. In terms of additional factory options, consider – privacy glass, powered tailgate, meridian 380W audio system and the black exterior pack.
In terms of the technical-side, company car and business drivers can note the P11d at £36,260.00 and CO2 at 147g/km for calculation of company car tax (BiK). The 1999CC 9 speed auto engine delivers 50.4 combined MPG, 150ps and 0-62 times of 9.9 seconds. Service intervals on the E-Pace are set at every 24 months or 21,000 miles whichever lands sooner. Do consider a funder-maintained vs driver-maintained arrangement in light of this.
So would the new Jaguar E-Pace be you preferred leasing option? Or would the Range Rover Evoque, Mercedes GLA or Audi Q3 be your selected car?
