A big thank you to our local car rental team, Enterprise Leigh (nr Manchester), for allowing us to photograph another addition to their fleet. – the Renault MEGANE DIESEL HATCHBACK 1.5 dCi GT Line Nav 5dr Manual.
If you are based in the local area – Leigh, Warrington, St Helens, Wigan, Bolton and you need to arrange short-term car hire, do speak to the Enterprise team. For businesses, car hire can offer short term and flexible solutions to assist if there is a temporary requirement for a vehicle or if the business is newly incorporated and does not have sufficient financial information to pursue a long-term contract hire solution.
Additionally, if you have a new employee and you do not want to provide them with a new company car until they have fulfilled their probation period of 3/6 months, do consider a car hire or flexi-lease style product before speaking to our team here.
As contract hire is a long-term financial solution, you have to undergo an early termination procedure in order to cancel the contract before it ends. Usually this involves paying half of the remaining rentals on the contract, which could be an expensive exercise for you or your company.
Contract hire, from a company like us (a credit broker/not a lender), is very much ha long-term solution and should be considered as an alternative to purchasing your vehicle. This is a hire-based product, where you will use the vehicle for a predetermined length of time (2, 3 or 4 years) and fix your contract based on your annual mileage (8,000 to 50,000 per annum). You have the option to maintain the vehicle yourself (this is known as driver-maintenance) or you can have all servicing, tyres and breakdown recovery included (known as funder-maintenance). At the end of the contact the vehicle is collected from your home or business address.
However, do note that contract hire is not a purchase-style product and is therefore not suitable should you wish to purchase a car at the end of the contract.
