A refined range of engines also accompanies the new Range Rover Velar with a choice of engines ranging from V6 to 4-cylinder Ingenium lumps which produce a refined and responsive drive.
The D300 The D300 engine delivers a class-leading 700Nm of torque while the D180 engine delivers CO2 from just 142 g/km.
In essence the Range Rover Velar looks set to take on some tough competition in the marketplace for medium to large SUV type vehicles and so the designers and technologists at Land Rover Range Rover have gone and thrown some impressive tech into the cabin of the new Velar. With headup displays, interactive driver displays, voice recognition system, navigation and wifi and smartphone packs available. The Touch Pro Duo interface come standard but the rear seat entertainment is optional in the Velar.
Its clear to see from the spec sheets and design that the Range Rover Velar is certainly setting its sights high in the market place and focusing on the luxury end of the market.
