Lets say for example that you have a cash for car allowance of £300 per month. Well immediately it will appear that you have less than you thought you had. But when you begin to add back in the pence per mile that you can charge your employer, 45p per mile up to 10,000 miles and 25p per mile afterwards, the car that you can have gets better and better.
