Thank you to the BMW Park Lane Corporate team for visiting the CarLease UK/Car-E-Lease UK team to showcase one of their latest fleet additions – the BMW X5 SUV.
As one of the leading luxury SUVs our team get a phenomenal amount of interest in this car (and similar ones) as the luxury 4×4 market has grown considerably in the UK over the last 2-3 years. Traditional executive models like the BMW 5 and 7 series are less popular, as customers move towards more diverse vehicles which offer a higher seating position and improves aesthetics.
The investment into the SUV is perhaps been a little more as this has become the primary battleground for most manufacturers.
The X5 is a perfect example of that car which can be used as a company car, family car and is yet a stylish vehicle.
So why do we work with Park Lane BMW? As a credit broker, not a lender or supplier, we introduce our customers to a) a finance company and b) source a vehicle from a selected panel of vehicle suppliers. Working with the right vehicle supplier is paramount as this team will order our vehicle and subsequently deliver it.
Where BMW Park Lane exceed our customer expectations is that they deliver all of their vehicles via a first-class transport system; the vehicle are never directly driven to a customer.
They are stored on a purpose built HGV which carries 3-4 vehicles, so that our customer’s car arrives in a perfect condition and without any additional mileage. This definitely preserves the new car feeling! Add to that an award-winning level of customer service; things do go wrong in the process or with the car. Where this arises, their team will step in and treat our customer as if this was our own.
What is the best luxury SUV for leasing? This is a common question and one which is actually very difficult to answerer. With great competition in the market in the form of the Audi Q7, Range Rover Sport, Porsche Cayenne and Mercedes GLE to name but a few) much of the right car to lease debate will fall down to personal opinion and price.
The deals we display will change on a daily and weekly basis, particularly where we operate stock-based offers.
For example, a BWM X5 could be substantially cheaper than a GLE on a like for like quote because we have a considerable discount on a small batch of vehicles – this may only last a couple of weeks. After the offer has finished, the discount may go towards the Mercedes. This is why there is no real “right time” to look for a contract hire vehicle.
Unfortunately, it is all a bit random and often a question of luck.
For customers who know which car they need (and the price they need to pay), ask your finance company or credit broker to add you to a mailing list. Due to increased protection by way of the GDPR provisions, unsolicited marketing communication of no longer possible.
