Yahoo has agreed to buy Tumblr for £725m in a cash purchase from the 26 year old owner
The BBC is today reporting the mega-deal purchase as a “done deal”. Mr Karp is quoted today as being extremely pleased with the deal. Yahoo have described Tumblr as being well suited to the planned growth of their company.
